For WHs pick your battlecruiser and be sure to have an 100mn MWD/AB on it. for K-space you need something with a tank on it so again any battlecruiser but shield tanked.

Its not that much better then POS tbh, basically small POS in the WH, Medium POS in high/low-sec and large is null. and w/o the ability to build the caps/supercaps. I do like this idea.
